YOUR RECOVERY, STEP BY STEP
A clear plan begins with your story,
your movement and your goals.
We discuss symptoms, injury history and goals, then assess movement, strength and relevant functional tasks. Further medical assessment is advised when needed.
Hands-on therapy and suitable modalities may support your plan. We explain the options and agree on the next steps with you.
Build mobility, strength, balance and control with exercises matched to your starting point and progressed at a manageable pace.
Take home practical advice and exercises. Reassess progress and adjust activity as confidence and capacity improve.
FROM REHABILITATION TO RETURN
A return to the field is built in stages. Rehabilitation considers your injury, playing role and the actions you need to perform.
Discuss your comeback ↗Work on movement, symptoms and tolerating everyday activity.
Progress strength, balance, endurance and movement control.
Introduce relevant running, landing, changes of direction or throwing tasks when appropriate.
Use functional progress, confidence and training tolerance to guide a graded return, with surgical or medical clearance where needed.
MODALITIES & REHABILITATION
Available at Swift Cure.

Transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation
Gentle electrical pulses delivered through skin electrodes. May offer temporary pain relief for selected conditions; response varies.
Interferential therapy
Electrical stimulation delivered through surface electrodes. Suitability depends on your condition and assessment.
Ultrasonic therapy
A handheld applicator delivers sound-wave energy through coupling gel. This is a treatment device, not a diagnostic scan.
Light-based treatment
A targeted light-based modality. The indication, dose and safety precautions are checked before use.
Acoustic-wave treatment
An applicator delivers mechanical pulses. Considered for selected persistent tendon or heel conditions after assessment.
Walking & graded conditioning
Supervised walking and progressive conditioning, with speed and duration matched to your current ability.
Controlled aerobic exercise
Adjustable cycling for graded exercise, joint movement and conditioning within your rehabilitation plan.
Strength, balance & movement
Targeted resistance, balance, mobility and functional exercises, progressed towards daily activity or sporting goals.

YOUR PHYSIOTHERAPIST

BEFORE YOUR VISIT
Bring relevant reports, scans, operation notes and your current medicine list. Wear comfortable clothing that allows the area being assessed to move.
No. Your assessment and goals guide treatment selection. Your plan may include exercise, education, hands-on care and selected modalities.
This depends on the condition, your starting point and response to treatment. We agree on goals and review progress rather than promise a fixed recovery time.
Discuss your sport, schedule and symptoms at assessment. You may be able to modify activity while progressing rehabilitation; return to full training is individual.
Call or send a WhatsApp request. The clinic confirms your appointment directly; sending a message does not automatically reserve a time.
